Focused 1:1 Reflective Consultation

One inquiry, individually prepared.

Focused individual attention for one question, pattern or area of life.

Currently in development

The Focused 1:1 Reflective Consultation is currently in development and is not yet open for general booking.

Sometimes there is one particular question, pattern or area of life that keeps asking for your attention.

You may understand part of what is happening already. You may have several possible explanations. Or you may simply know that something continues to repeat and you want the space to look at it more closely.

The Focused 1:1 Reflective Consultation is an individually prepared process centred around one question, pattern or area of life.

The live consultation lasts approximately 75 minutes, but the work begins before we meet.

I review the inquiry you are bringing, prepare your Human Design chart, identify the chart material that may be relevant and consider reflective and body led areas that could support the exploration.

After the consultation, you may also receive a concise written summary to help you continue reflecting on what emerged.

In total, the consultation may involve around three hours of professional time across preparation, facilitation and follow up.

The intention is not to give you a complete Human Design reading or a fixed explanation of why something is happening. It is to give one meaningful inquiry focused individual attention, with the preparation needed to make our time together genuinely relevant to you.

01

You bring the inquiry

Before we meet, you complete a short inquiry form describing the question, pattern or area of life that feels most relevant.

You do not need to diagnose the problem. You do not need to know why it is happening. And you do not need previous Human Design knowledge.

You simply need a reasonably clear area you would like to explore.

  • Difficulty saying no
  • Uncertainty around decisions
  • Pressure to prove yourself
  • Difficulty recognising personal limits
  • Feeling responsible for other people’s emotions
  • Visibility or expression
  • Confusion between your own needs and outside expectations
  • Energy and sustainable participation
  • Boundaries
  • Another sufficiently focused question

02

What happens before we meet

You provide the birth information needed for me to prepare your Human Design chart.

I then review your inquiry alongside the chart and select the areas that may be most relevant.

I may also prepare reflective questions and possible body led areas for exploration.

The preparation is deliberately selective. I am not trying to explain your whole chart.

What may actually be useful for this particular inquiry?

03

How Human Design is used

You are not expected to interpret your chart or decide what applies to you.

I prepare and explain the Human Design material that appears most relevant to the inquiry you are bringing.

Human Design may offer themes, language or useful questions. It does not diagnose the cause of a pattern. It does not provide a final explanation of who you are. And it does not tell you what decision to make.

We bring the information into relationship with your lived experience and notice what fits, what does not and what remains uncertain.

04

The consultation

The Integration Spiral gives the session a coherent way to move between what is happening, what you are recognising, what feels available and what you take from the exploration.

We begin with what feels most relevant now. We explore what you are noticing. We differentiate where useful. We consider what feels available without assuming you need to act. And towards the end, we receive what the exploration has shown us.

The session does not need to end with a neat answer. Sometimes a better question is more useful than a premature conclusion.

05

Body led exploration

Somatic awareness may form part of the consultation where relevant.

You may be invited to notice bodily sensations, tension, breath, impulses or shifts in experience.

The body is not treated as an infallible authority. Bodily information sits alongside context, emotions, thinking, values, responsibilities and uncertainty.

06

After the consultation

You may receive a concise written summary.

The purpose is not to create another large report. It is to give you something useful to return to.

  • The inquiry explored
  • Relevant Human Design themes
  • Key distinctions
  • Reflection questions
  • Any observation or experiment you chose to continue with

07

What this consultation may suit

  • You have one reasonably clear inquiry
  • You want focused individual attention rather than an ongoing process
  • You are curious about Human Design but do not want a full chart reading
  • You are open to reflective and body led inquiry
  • You want to remain responsible for your own interpretation and choices

08

When one consultation may not be enough

Some inquiries are too broad to explore responsibly in one session.

If several connected themes are present, or the inquiry would benefit from being revisited after lived experience has had time to provide more information, the 1:1 Reflective Pathway may be more appropriate.

Sometimes Primal Unbound may not be the appropriate form of support at all.

The aim is not to make your question fit the offer. The offer needs to remain appropriate to the question you are bringing.

09

What this consultation is not

The Focused Consultation is not a comprehensive Human Design reading.

It is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical or mental health treatment, crisis support or specialist trauma treatment.

It is not a diagnostic assessment or a place where I tell you what to do.

No particular outcome is guaranteed.

10

Your role

You remain the primary authority on your lived experience.

You can question, disagree, slow down, reject an interpretation or leave something unresolved.

My role is to prepare thoughtfully, hold the process, offer relevant information and reflection and remain attentive to pacing and professional boundaries.

Your choices and direction remain your own.
