Primal Unbound 1:1 Reflective Pathway

One broader inquiry, explored and revisited over time.

A six session individually facilitated process organised through the Integration Spiral.

Currently in development

The Primal Unbound 1:1 Reflective Pathway is currently in development and is not yet open for general booking.

Some questions need more than one conversation.

A pattern may make sense intellectually but appear differently once it meets relationships, work, uncertainty, choices or ordinary life.

Something you explore in one session may look different two weeks later. An interpretation may fit initially and then become more complicated. A new influence may become visible. The inquiry itself may change.

The Primal Unbound 1:1 Reflective Pathway gives one broader inquiry enough time to be explored, lived with, revisited and understood differently as new information emerges.

It is a six session individually facilitated process organised through the Integration Spiral.

Its value is not simply having more appointments. It is continuity.

01

You bring a broader inquiry

You do not need to identify every relevant pattern before we begin.

The inquiry can develop as the work unfolds.

  • Decision making and self trust
  • Relationships, boundaries and outside influence
  • Energy, work and sustainable participation
  • Identity, direction and changing circumstances
  • Visibility, expression and recognition
  • Pressure, proving and over responsibility
  • Another connected area that would benefit from continuity

02

An individually prepared process, not six isolated sessions

The Pathway includes six live consultations, but the work is not limited to the time we spend together.

I maintain continuity across the full process. That includes reviewing the inquiry as it develops, returning to themes that have emerged, preparing relevant Human Design material, considering what may be useful to introduce next and keeping the wider thread of the work in view.

Human Design preparation also changes as the Pathway unfolds.

Rather than deciding at the beginning that certain parts of your chart must be covered, I can select material in response to what is actually becoming relevant through your experience.

This means each session grows from what has already been explored and from what life has shown you since we last met.

You are not purchasing six separate conversations. You are entering one individually prepared reflective process held across six sessions, with continuity before, during and between them.

03

How Human Design is used

You do not need to understand your chart.

I prepare and introduce relevant Human Design information gradually as the inquiry develops.

The material is selected because it appears useful to the work, not simply because it exists in your chart.

Human Design may offer another perspective on decision making, conditioning, pressure, openness, energy, identity, expression, relationships or another relevant territory.

It remains a contemplative map. Your lived experience continues to matter more than making the chart fit.

04

How the Integration Spiral works across the Pathway

The Spiral allows what happens between sessions to return to the work as new information.

We may explore something together. You then go back into your ordinary life. You notice what happens.

When we meet again, we do not assume the previous interpretation was correct. We receive what life has shown you.

That may deepen the inquiry, complicate it or take us somewhere we did not expect.

This recursive process is one of the central reasons the Pathway exists.

05

A possible six session rhythm

The structure remains responsive rather than rigid.

The inquiry may move between these territories differently. The sessions are not stages you have to complete.

  1. Meet the inquiry

We clarify what you are bringing, establish context and begin identifying what appears most relevant.

  2. Patterns, influence and conditioning

We explore recurrence, outside influence, expectations and what may be shaping the experience.

  3. Discernment and inner authority

We explore bodily, emotional and cognitive information, context and uncertainty.

  4. Embodied and relational expression

We consider how the inquiry appears in relationships and everyday life.

  5. Navigation and experimentation

We consider action, observation, experimentation, waiting or leaving something alone.

  6. Receive, integrate and continue

We look at what the process has shown you, what feels more familiar and what remains unresolved.

06

What happens between sessions

Everyday life becomes part of the process.

There is no expectation that you continuously work on yourself between sessions.

The value is in having enough time for lived experience to provide information.

  • Notice a recurring pattern
  • Try a small experiment
  • Question an assumption
  • Recognise an influence
  • Notice that a Human Design idea does not fit as expected
  • Simply allow something to sit

07

Written material

You may receive proportionate written material during the Pathway.

This may include selected Human Design information, useful distinctions and reflection questions.

The intention is not to produce a large personalised chart report.

Written material supports the process rather than becoming the process.

08

Body led exploration

Body led and somatic awareness may form part of the work where relevant.

You may be invited to notice sensations, tension, breathing, impulses or other aspects of present experience.

The body provides information. It is not treated as an infallible instruction.

09

What the Pathway may suit

  • You have a broader or connected inquiry
  • You would value continuity
  • You want space for lived experience to inform the process between sessions
  • You want Human Design introduced gradually and selectively
  • You are open to reflective and body led exploration
  • You are willing to remain curious rather than requiring one definitive interpretation

10

What the Pathway is not

The Pathway is not six Human Design readings.

It is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical or mental health treatment, crisis support or specialist trauma treatment.

It does not diagnose conditions.

It does not promise to resolve a pattern within six sessions.

It does not guarantee transformation, clarity or another particular outcome.

11

Your role

You remain the primary authority on your lived experience.

You may question, disagree, pause, decline an invitation or decide not to act on something discussed.

Your choices and direction remain your own.

12

My role

My role is to maintain continuity and coherence across the process.

I prepare relevant Human Design material. I listen, reflect, ask questions and offer observations.

I may introduce education, body led exploration or appropriate challenge where it supports the inquiry.

I remain attentive to pacing, Capacity and scope.

I do not determine what your experience means or decide what you should do.
