Primal Unbound Core
A six month facilitated group experience.
Built around the wider Primal Unbound methodology.
In controlled pilot preparation
Primal Unbound Core is currently in development and controlled pilot preparation.
You can learn a great deal about yourself and still find that all of that knowledge sits in separate pieces.
You might understand some of your patterns, have explored different practices, read about the nervous system, come across Human Design, tried meditation or somatic work, or simply spent a long time thinking about why you respond to life in the ways you do.
Some of it may have been genuinely useful. And yet there can still be a question underneath it all.
How does this actually come together in my life?
Primal Unbound Core has been created around that question.
Core is a six month, capacity first, body led group programme that brings Human Design, somatic awareness, reflective inquiry, accessible education and everyday experience into one coherent process.
Rather than giving you another system to master, it gives you space and structure to explore what you are learning in relationship with your own lived experience.
01
Why Core exists
Personal development can become surprisingly fragmented.
We can collect ideas from different teachers, books, therapies, practices, spiritual traditions and systems of self understanding. Each may offer something useful, but they do not always tell us how those pieces relate to one another.
Sometimes we simply end up with more information.
Core takes a different approach.
The intention is not to keep adding more material. It is to create enough continuity for you to notice what is actually happening in your life, explore what different ideas help you understand, question what does not fit and allow lived experience to become part of the process.
An idea can make perfect sense on paper and still feel very different when it meets relationships, work, uncertainty, tiredness, boundaries, decisions and the ordinary messiness of being human.
Core gives us time to explore that space.
02
How the Integration Spiral holds Core
The Integration Spiral holds the whole six month experience together.
It gives us a way to move between what is happening, what you are recognising, what feels available and what lived experience shows you next.
You are not expected to move through fixed stages or arrive at a predetermined destination.
What happens in one module may return differently later. A pattern may reappear. An idea may make more sense after living with it for several weeks. Something you expected to matter may become less important. Something else may become visible.
What is received can be met again.
03
Capacity before pressure
Core is capacity first.
That does not mean remaining comfortable all the time, and it does not mean trying to build the ability to tolerate more and more intensity.
It means paying attention to what can meaningfully be engaged with at the time.
There may be moments when going further feels useful. There may also be moments when slowing down, reducing complexity, stepping back from an idea or leaving something alone is the more appropriate response.
The programme has structure, but your experience of that structure remains your own.
04
Human Design within Core
Human Design is an important and recurring part of Core.
You do not need to arrive knowing how to read your chart, understand Human Design terminology or work out which parts of the system apply to you.
I prepare the relevant Human Design information for you as the programme unfolds.
Each module gives the group one shared area to explore. Alongside that teaching, you receive selected information from your individual chart that is relevant to the theme we are working with at that point.
The information is introduced gradually rather than giving you an entire chart interpretation at the beginning. This is intentional.
Human Design contains a great deal of information, and more information is not automatically more useful.
Your chart can give us themes, questions and areas of experience to explore. What it does not do is provide a final explanation of who you are.
We bring the information into relationship with your lived experience. You may recognise something. Only part of it may fit. Something may feel completely different from your experience. It may raise a question you had not considered before.
All of those responses can become part of the exploration.
05
What Core includes
Core is designed as a small, closed online group programme unfolding over approximately six months.
The fortnight between sessions is part of the programme too. This is not intended to become a large homework commitment.
You might notice a pattern, revisit something we discussed, try a small experiment, question an idea or simply discover that something does not feel particularly relevant.
Life provides part of the material.
- A live Orientation Session
- Twelve fortnightly group modules
- Two individual consultations
- Shared programme material
- Human Design information prepared from your individual chart and connected to each module
- Reflective and embodied exploration
- Space between sessions for observation and lived experimentation
06
The twelve module territories
Each module has a shared territory. You receive the Human Design information relevant to your own chart as that territory becomes part of the programme.
You are not expected to work out what applies to you for yourself.
- Starting Point
- Strategy, Pacing and Participation
- Openness and Influence
- Defined Centres and Inner Anchors
- Authority and the Pace of Choice
- Shoulds, Proving and Conditioned Pressure
- Voice, Expression and Visibility
- Emotional Rhythm, Fear and Timing
- Identity, Direction and Environment
- Relationships, Boundaries and Contact
- Energy, Rest and Sustainable Rhythm
- Chart Synthesis and the Next Spiral
07
Two individual consultations
Core includes two individual consultations alongside the group programme.
These create more space to explore how the programme material and your individual Human Design information are meeting your particular experience.
We may return to a question that has become visible, look more closely at chart themes relevant to what you are noticing or explore where information has become confusing or overwhelming.
These are reflective integration sessions. They are not comprehensive Human Design readings or counselling sessions.
08
You do not need previous experience
Curiosity matters more.
- You do not need previous Human Design knowledge
- You do not need to understand your chart
- You do not need previous experience of somatic practice
- You do not need to have been in therapy
- You do not need to understand nervous system terminology
- You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on
09
Participation does not mean performing
You are not expected to disclose deeply personal experiences because you are part of a group.
Consent remains ongoing throughout Primal Unbound.
Meaningful participation is not measured by how much you share or how quickly something appears to change.
- You can question an idea
- You can disagree
- You can say something does not fit
- You can ask to slow down
- You can modify or decline an invitation where appropriate
10
My role
My role is to hold the structure and integrity of the Primal Unbound process.
I prepare the Human Design material relevant to each participant and each module. I facilitate the group. I offer reflection, questions, relevant education and appropriate challenge.
I remain attentive to pacing, Capacity, consent and professional scope.
I do not tell you who you are or use your chart to determine what you should do.
Your choices and direction remain your own.
11
What Core is not
Core is a personal development and integration programme.
It is not a counselling group or a Human Design course.
It is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical or mental health treatment, crisis support or specialist trauma treatment.
It does not diagnose conditions or determine identity through Human Design.
It does not guarantee any particular personal outcome.
Currently in development
